We provide monthly bookkeeping services for all day-to-day transactions. That includes entering all your bank, credit card, and loan transactions, reconciling each account, checking for accuracy, and compiling your financials for reporting purposes. We then arrange a meeting to review your financials together each month.

We also work closely with your CPA for tax planning purposes and to provide them with the information they need to file your income taxes at the end of each fiscal year. Your CPA will have a clean set of accounting records which will reduce the associated costs, and if you don’t have a CPA we can recommend a great one.
As part of our initial bookkeeping services, we create an organized accounting and numbering system (Chart of Accounts), provide monthly data entry, and monthly reconciling of your accounting transactions, and we make any adjustments and enter all general journal entries as needed
